Merger of Law and Mathematics for the security of our clients

«We use complex mathematics to understand the business sector, interpreting and providing the necessary legal security.«

Risk (legal) = probability x Sanction (legal)

When in 1801 the Italian astronomer Giuseppe Piazzi discovered the dwarf planet Ceres, he was able to follow its trajectory for 40 days until losing it due to its orbit around Neptune.

Over the course of 1 year, many scientists tried to calculate its trajectory to predict where it might relocate.

Most of the estimates did not succeed except one, by Carl Friedrich Gauss. By using for the calculation of the trajectory a methodology created by him, he was the first person to predict a future event using mathematics.

Shortly thereafter, astronomers were able to locate the dwarf planet in the place where Gauss had calculated.

  • Use of IA and Machine Learning enables prediction of regulatory non-compliance
  • We have a scientific methodology for calculating and managing business risks
  • Organizations are required to know the rules anticipating the risks that may arise from non-compliance with each article, knowing objectively the real impact it may have.
  • We work with the Department of Applied Mathematics, Universidad Complutense de Madrid since 2016 to assess the degree of threat and vulnerability of an organization due to its non-compliance.
  • We have a method that allows, in a simple, complete and quantifiable way, to know the probability of having a damage and know where it will occur to minimize the impact on the organization, that is, minimize that possible damage before it occurs.
  • Our goal is to offer legal security to organizations thanks to our legal intelligence algorithm.
